I recently stayed at a hotel in Chiang Mai and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel had a unique and stylish decor, combining traditional and artsy industrial elements. The bed was a bit firm, but the pillows were comfortable. They also provided daily refills of bottled water, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating. it was excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of a trendy area, with plenty of cafes and easy transportation options. The staff were very friendly and showed us around the hotel upon our arrival, making sure our needs were met throughout our stay. The hotel decor was beautifully styled and had unique art pieces throughout. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which included two tasty hot options that were enough to start off a great day.
No negatives from this place. The hotel fulfilled all of our needs and provided us with an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is in the heart of a bustling area with lots of dining and nightlife options within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The breakfast is simple but nice, with delicious local fruits. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive.
The lack of an elevator in the hotel was a bit inconvenient, especially if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. The rooms could use more outlets for charging electronics, and more toiletries could be provided.

Had a great time spending Xmas at this hotel! the rooms were very spacious and the communal fridge on the second floor was a great touch. the location was perfect, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. One of the best parts of this hotel was the free water, tea, and coffee available on the second floor.
There were a few negative aspects of this hotel that detracted from the experience. the lack of an elevator meant that we had to climb a lot of stairs, which was a little tiring.
